
On the day of the appointment, you will receive a reminder text and our technician will call you when he is on his way to your home.

If we don’t hear from you, we will attempt to reach you via text and phone to confirm your appointment before your scheduled date. When you call in, we will review some basic information with you and confirm your appointment. You will receive a welcome text message with our contact information inviting you to confirm your appointment. When we receive an order from your retail store, we will enter the order into our system.

If you purchased a Wolf, Sub Zero or Cove product from a qualified retailer and have Certified Installs complete your installation, you may be qualified to receive an additional year on your product warranty.
